Vanilla Cinnamon Chia Seed Pudding

Anze's Mommy loves making her vanilla cinnamon chia seed pudding.  She loves her recipe for vanilla cinnamon chia seed pudding.  Sometimes she will substitute the vanilla and cinnamon for cocoa or carob, but her favorite is the vanilla cinnamon flavor of her chia seed pudding.  She typically eats this for breakfast.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (Anze's Mommy uses the vanilla flavored)
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Add and combine all the ingredients into a bowl.

Mix and stir all your ingredients together in the bowl.

Then place in the refrigerator to chill and thicken.
Usually Anze's Mommy leaves hers overnight so she can get a jelly-like pudding consistency.
Then when she is ready to eat her vanilla cinnamon chia seed pudding, she will take it out of the refrigerator and stir and mix it all together.  She also likes to add fruit to like blueberries or strawberries.

It may not look like the best, but it's absolutely delicious!
Anze's Mommy totally recommends this low calorie healthy vanilla cinnamon chia seed pudding recipe!
Anze the doxiepin definitely approves!
