Abby Meets Uncle Ryan For The First Time

Abby the doxador meets Uncle Ryan for the first time on Thanksgiving.  Abby was excited to meet her Uncle Ryan for the first time.  Abby is lucky because she has two uncles named Ryan. She already met one Uncle Ryan, but she never met the second one until Thanksgiving. Abby loved playing and getting love and attention from her Uncle Ryan. This little doxador can't wait to see him again.

Cauliflower Garlic Cheesy Bread

Anze's Mommy tried making cauliflower garlic cheesy bread for the first time.  The cauliflower garlic cheesy bread recipe was sent to her by one of her good friends.  This recipe is not actually made out of "bread" ingredients, yet is made out of cauliflower and is a healthier option to satisfy a garlic cheesy bread craving.

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
2 cloves of garlic (chopped and minced)
2 large eggs (beaten)
4 oz (2 cups) of low fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

First wash the cauliflower and make sure that it is clean and break it into small pieces.  (You can microwave it to make it softer if needed, before you put it in the blender.) Then blend it up into smaller pieces and make sure it is mashed up into very tiny pieces, a blended mixture.

Then you should add the other ingredients of 2 chopped up cloves of garlic, sea salt, onion powder, black ground pepper and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Add it all into a large mixing bowl and make sure it is all mixed together.

Then place the mixture half an inch on the baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Then bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
**You can add mozzarella cheese on the top (before you put in the oven), however Anze's Mommy was trying to save on the calories and opted not to add additional cheese on the top.

Take out of the oven and enjoy!

Just FYI - the cauliflower garlic cheesy bread does not come out in a bread texture.  It has the consistency of a potato pancake. So do not be alarmed if it is not soft and flaky like a piece of bread.
It is very delicious though!
Hope you all enjoy!!

Homemade Dog Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Anze and Abby's Mommy wanted to bake them a homemade dog pumpkin pie recipe to celebrate the Thanksgiving season.  All the homemade dog pumpkin pie recipes she was finding online had artificial ingredients or had human food ingredients that were questionable for being good for Anze (doxiepin dog) and Abby (doxador dog).  They had white flour, sugar/sweetener, apple sauce, spices, baking soda, etc.  As you may already know, Anze and Abby's Mommy is very particular on what she feeds them as she wants EVERY single ingredient to be dog safe and healthy for them. She takes their health and diet very serious!

Anze and Abby's Mommy decided to make her own homemade dog pumpkin pie recipe, modified to fit her liking and approval on the ingredients.

The ingredients are as follows:

1.5 cups of dry dog food (blended)
2 egg whites
1 banana (mashed)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (made by Dogsbar - specifically for dogs)
1 tablespoon of flax seed oil
1 can of 100% pure pumpkin
A few dog treats to break apart for dog topping sprinkles (used Pup-peroni)

First step is blending the dog food - Anze and Abby's Mommy used her magic bullet.

The next step in adding the 1.5 cup blended dog food, 1 tablespoon of dogs peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil, 2 egg whites (only), 1 mashed banana all together in a mixing bowl.

Make sure it is all mixed together very well.

Next, you will want to spray the baking pan to make sure that the batter does not stick nor burn to the pan.

Then Anze and Abby's Mommy rolled the batter into 6 balls enough to fill the baking pan.
Then pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Then take the batter that is rolled into balls and flatten it with your hands and make them into a little pie crust mold shape (molding to conform into the shape in your hand).

Then you can place them into the baking tin container and put them in the oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

The texture was soft, yet a little browning at the tops of the cups.

Next, Anze and Abby's Mommy filled the cups with 1 spoonful of pumpkin and cut 3 little pieces of Pup-peroni treat for a little sprinkled garnish.

Next, time to serve it to the Anze and Abby to see if these little doxiepin and doxador dogs approve of their Mommy's homemade dog pumpkin pie recipe.

Anze and Abby were being so patient and waiting.. taking in all the good smells in the kitchen while they waited..

Anze and Abby definitely approved of their Mommy's Thanksgiving homemade dog pumpkin pie recipe.

5 barks approved!
Hope you all enjoy!! Happy Thanksgiving!!

Dog Shaming Eating Grout Out Of The Tile Floor

This is Abby's dog shaming eating the grout out of the tile floor.  Who knew that dogs would eat grout out of the tile floor and it would be used as their dog shaming? Abby's Mommy and Daddy can't figure out how or why she is eating grout out of the tile floor, but she sure is.  Abby's Mommy noticed that certain areas around the house had tile missing out of the floor.  One day she caught Abby licking and biting the floor.  Abby's Mommy thought maybe there was something on the floor and snuck up on Abby and creeped up on her to see what she was doing.

Abby was caught red-handed! She caught Abby with a piece of grout in her mouth! Definitely a dog shaming moment! Abby's parents are concerned about her eating grout, because it can't be good for her. They don't know where she has picked up this bad habit. This little doxador is being so bad.  Her brother Anze the doxiepin has been watching her do this, and their parents hope that he doesn't start doing eating the grout as well.  There are more spots growing around the downstairs of their home with missing grout. If someone were to walk on a tile, there would be a creaking noise because Abby ate some of the grout making the tile loose.

Abby's parents ordered the Grannick's Bitter Apple Spray to spray on the grout in hopes that Abby will stop eating the grout out of the tile floor. If anyone has any recommendations on how to stop and break her bad habits, please do share!

Bad girl Abby! This is Abby the doxador's 1st official dog shaming of eating the grout out of the tile floor.

Dog Toys Everywhere

Anze and Abby have dog toys EVERYWHERE!  There are dog toys everywhere in all rooms of their house, in their Mommy and Daddy's cars, in the shower, at their Grandma and Grandpa's house, and their Mommy even found one in her briefcase at work.  Anze and Abby play with their toys and then leave them where ever they want. They have trained their Mommy and Daddy to tidy up after them and pick their toys up for them. They even have a designated "toy room" however, let's be real, the toys don't stay in there..  Anze the doxiepin and Abby the doxador are two spoiled puppies that have way too many toys than they know what to do with.  Their favorite toys are squeaky toys, and they LOVE to squeak them at the appropriate times while watching football, or while their Mommy is talking on the phone.  Although, there is one place in the entire house where you won't find a single dog toy and that is in Mommy and Daddy's bed.  They have a rule "NO TOYS IN BED."  Anze and Abby know that there are no toys allowed in bed as when they are going to bed, that means sleep time, not play time. The picture below shows just a few of their favorite dog toys.

Fall Time Gourmet Handmade Cookies

Anze and Abby got fall time gourmet handmade cookies for a sweet treat.  Their Mommy got them the gourmet handmade cookies to celebrate the fall time season.  She bought them from a local family-owned pet store which she loves to shop at.  These gourmet handmade cookies were in the shapes of dog bones and were made with all natural and organic ingredients.  Mommy gave Anze the one that was yellow and had a white paw print.  It was perfect for a little boy doxiepin dog.  Mommy gave Abby the one with multi-colored sprinkles, which was perfect for a little girl doxador dog.

Their Mommy surprised them when they took a break from decorating the house with the fall decorations. She put the cookies in their food bowls which Anze and Abby then removed and ate on their pillows.

Abby and Anze loved their fall time gourmet handmade cookies!

Sunday Funday Dog Car Ride

Here is a picture from Anze and Abby's Sunday Funday dog car ride.  We love Sunday Funday dog car rides.  Both Anze the doxiepin dog and Abby the doxador dog love to stick their heads out the window when we drive in the car.  Mommy and Daddy make sure they are securely fastened in and are held in tight so that they can't jump out of the car. They love the fresh air in their faces and their floppy ears flapping in the wind.  Family Sunday Fundays with the dogs are the best!

Dog Peanut Butter by DogsBar for Doxiepins and Doxadors

Here is the dog peanut butter by DogsBar for doxiepins and doxadors. This little doxador and doxiepin dog love the dog peanut butter made by DogsBar.  Anze and Abby go crazy for it! Their Mommy will use the peanut butter in homemade dog recipes for them, or simply give it to them on spoons.  The DogsBar peanut butter makes the fur coats on (Abby the doxador) and (Anze the doxiepin) so smooth, shiny and soft. It also freshens their breath smelling like wonderful peanut butter. Anze and Abby would highly recommend this dog peanut butter to their fellow dog friends!
